General data processing
As a matter of principle, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly carried out only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.
To the extent that processing of personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, Art. 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO shall serve as the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the former interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing.
The personal data of the data subject shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage ceases to apply. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Blocking or deletion of the data shall also take place if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a necessity for the continued storage of the data for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
Provision of the website and creation of log files
Each time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.
The following data is collected in the process:
- date and time of the retrieval
- name of the accessed internet service, resource and action used
- queries made by the client, if any
- technical data of the server on which the Internet service is invoked
- volume of data transferred
- the IP address of the user
- message whether the retrieval was successful
- browser type/version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- search terms and phrases that led you to our site
The data is also stored in the log files of our hoster DVZ M-V GmbH. Not affected by this are the IP addresses of the user or other data that allow the data to be assigned to a user. Storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not take place.
Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.
These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

Email contact
It is possible to contact us via the provided email address. In this case, the user's personal data transmitted with the email will be stored.
The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO.
The processing of personal data from the email serves us solely to process the contact.
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. For personal data sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended. The conversation is terminated when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
The user has the option to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by email, he can object to the storage of his personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued.
All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be deleted in this case.

Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
